Be a prayer warrior

“Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.” (Colossians 4:2 NIV)

While some believers are able to get involved in physical, hands-on ministries of the church, some cannot. Behind every great move of God there have always been silent prayer warriors who perhaps go unnoticed by the crowds, but whose prayers never go unnoticed before the throne of God.

The Prayer Ministry of East Aurora Wesleyan Church serves to offer prayer and support to the members and attendees. We are committed to the power of prayer and encourage you to give our team the opportunity to lift you up in prayer. Our mission is to make dependence on God through prayer foundational to our church.

Prayer Chain

The Prayer Chain at East Aurora Wesleyan Church consists of volunteers who receive via email twice a week, prayer requests of congregation members, family and friends. Our mission is to act as intercessors for each other.

If you have a prayer request please click on the Prayer Requests link or complete a prayer request form and place in the offering plate on Sunday morning. If you prefer to contact us by phone, call the church office.

Ongoing Prayer Concerns

While the Joys and Concerns in the Sunday morning bulletin lists the current week’s concerns, our Ongoing Prayer Concerns list includes congregation members, family and friends with chronic illness or conditions. This list is shared with the members of the Prayer Chain.

Thank you for allowing us to pray for you. God Bless!
